How long does a phone repair take?
Most screen and battery replacements take under an hour. More complex repairs like water damage or charging port faults can take 1–3 hours. We'll give you an estimated time before we start.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed — just walk in to 29 Hilltown, Dundee, Mon–Sat 9am–5pm. If you'd prefer to book a specific time slot, you can use our online booking system.
How much does a phone repair cost?
Screen replacements start from £29, battery replacements from £29, and charging port repairs from £39. Laptop screen repairs start from £49. Exact prices depend on your model — we give you a quote before any work begins.
What is your no fix, no fee policy?
If we can't fix your device, you don't pay a penny. We run a free diagnosis on every device before quoting. You only pay when you're happy with the result.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes — all repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault comes back within 90 days, we'll fix it free of charge.
Do you fix water-damaged phones?
Yes. Water damage treatment starts from £49. The sooner you bring the device in, the higher the chance of a full recovery — don't leave it in rice overnight, bring it straight to us.
Do you fix all phone brands?
We repair iPhones, Samsung Galaxy, Android phones (Huawei, Pixel, OnePlus, Motorola and more), iPads, Android tablets, MacBooks and Windows laptops. If you're unsure, call us on 01382 221017.
Will my data be safe?
Yes. We don't access your data as part of any repair. If your device needs a factory reset (e.g. for certain software repairs), we'll always tell you first and help you back up where possible.
Do you use genuine parts?
We use premium-quality compatible parts that meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications. For certain Apple repairs, we can discuss OEM options — just ask.

Do you buy or sell phones?
We don't currently buy or sell second-hand phones. We focus entirely on repairs and accessories.
